The transition management firm Akthéa Conseil & Coaching is committed to protecting the privacy of its clients, prospects, suppliers, managers, and employees. Akthéa France follows a data processing policy fully compliant with applicable regulations.

Data concerning managers are collected when they are added to our talent pool; client data is collected upon registration. All data is securely stored on our systems.

Who Has Access?

Personal Data is confidential. Only employees with a business need can access it. Access rights are managed based on role and updated when roles change. All staff are bound by confidentiality. No data is shared with third parties without consent or contractual obligation.

Legal Basis for Processing

Processing is based on:

  • Contractual necessity (for clients, suppliers, and employees);

  • Legitimate interest or consent when required.

Data Minimization

We collect only data that is relevant, adequate, and limited to intended purposes.

Data is retained as long as necessary, subject to legal archiving requirements or anonymization.

To exercise your rights, contact our Data Protection Officer, Mr. Frédéric CESBRON, with a signed request and ID copy:

We will respond within one month, extendable by two months depending on complexity, with notification of any extension. A log of all requests is maintained.

 

Akthéa Polska zobowiązuje się do odpowiedzi w terminie do jednego miesiąca od otrzymania wniosku.
W przypadku dużej liczby lub złożoności wniosków, termin może zostać przedłużony o kolejne dwa miesiące – w takim przypadku poinformujemy Państwa o przyczynie opóźnienia.

Rejestr wniosków (dostęp, sprostowanie, sprzeciw) prowadzony jest w formie elektronicznej i zawiera daty oraz opisy wymiany z wnioskodawcami. Przechowywany jest zgodnie z wymogami bezpieczeństwa i poufności.
